Hiring: Inside Sales / Sales Estimator – Edmonton, AB I'm working with a growing industrial organization that is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in inside sales and technical quoting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys learning industrial products, working with customers, and supporting the sales process from quote to order.

We're looking for someone who: Has experience in inside sales, estimating, or customer-facing sales support Comes from an industrial, automotive, auto parts, tools, heavy equipment, electrical, or mechanical wholesale environment Has strong mechanical aptitude and enjoys learning technical products Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable preparing quotations and working with multiple vendors Is hungry, ambitious, coachable, and looking for a career—not just another job Enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-paced team

What you'll be doing: Preparing quotations and estimates Supporting the sales team with customer opportunities Working with vendors and technical teams to build accurate quotes Learning products, pricing, and commercial processes Growing into broader inside sales and customer-facing responsibilities over time

What's on offer: Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 (depending on experience) plus a 10% bonus Performance-based bonus/commission 2 weeks of vacation and 5 sick days Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office Excellent long-term career growth with ongoing training and development
