The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in personal and commercial lines, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right coverage.

Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and maintain a portfolio of clients in personal or commercial lines. Conduct needs analyses and present tailored insurance solutions. Prepare quotes, proposals, and renewals using brokerage systems and insurer portals. Manage relationships with carriers and underwriting partners. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed insurance producer or broker in Canada. Active Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License (or equivalent provincial designation). Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial insurance markets and products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have car and ability to meet clients in the greater Vancouver area
