You’ll be part of our world class 6-people Sales Team based in Toronto that supports our Clients and takes care of relationship with them. As our Intern you will be providing timely market reports as well as supporting the rollout of sales campaigns. This is a chance to expand your skills by learning about the forex market, financial markets, the sector and sales strategies with a leading retail forex and CFD (Contract for Differences) broker. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make a difference with our clients by assisting with their account and platform questions.
We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office 2 times a week with respect to your own commitments.
What You’ll Do? Assist with Client follow up regarding account opening and continue account maintenance. Coordinate and assist the Sales and Relationship Management Teams with ad hoc administrative tasks. Liaise with our Marketing Team to develop and deliver assets in support of targeted campaigns. Engage in Customer service-oriented outbound calls, emails and via other communication channels. Answer Prospect's questions concerning OANDA’s account requirements and products. Document all Client communications in Salesforce. Attend and contribute to sales meetings.
What Makes You a Good Fit? Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant post-graduate education in Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Passionate about the Finance sector and the FX & CFD markets. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work min. 35 hours weekly. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach :)
Nice to have Previous experience in similar positions. Second language in French.
