We work with clients across different industries and provide services around Salesforce, Zoho, CRM implementation, system integration, automation, reporting, and business process optimization. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the growth of our consulting services.

Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding business needs, and positioning SysGenik’s services as the right solution. This is a remote, commission-based role suitable for someone who is confident in sales, client communication, and business development. The ideal candidate should be able to generate leads, book meetings, follow up with prospects, and help convert opportunities into signed deals.

Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, and other sales channels. Generate qualified leads for CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, automation, integration, and IT consulting services. Understand client requirements and identify how SysGenik can support their business needs. Schedule discovery calls, demos, and consultation meetings with potential clients. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and keep the sales pipeline updated. Present SysGenik’s services professionally to business owners, executives, and decision-makers. Work with the internal team to prepare proposals, estimates, and service offerings. Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners. Meet agreed sales targets and activity goals.

Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Comfortable reaching out to new prospects through cold outreach and networking. Basic understanding of IT services, CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, SaaS, or business software is preferred. Ability to understand client pain points and explain business solutions clearly. Strong follow-up discipline and sales ownership. Professional attitude with a client-first approach. Experience selling consulting services, software services, or CRM solutions will be an advantage.

Compensation This is a commission-based role. Commission will be paid on successfully closed deals based on the agreed commission structure. High earning potential for strong performers. Commission details will be discussed during the interview based on experience, target market, and role involvement in the sales cycle.
