About ColdIQ ColdIQ is a B2B go-to-market platform helping fast-growing companies build pipeline through modern GTM systems. We combine outbound, content, and paid media to build revenue-focused strategies for SaaS and AI companies. We're now launching something new: a product that allows GTM teams to orchestrate their entire go-to-market through Claude Code, plugins, and any coding agent, replacing fragmented tool stacks with a unified, programmable GTM layer.
The Role We're looking for an Account Executive to handle inbound leads and close deals end-to-end. This is an execution role: you run discovery calls, handle demos, manage your pipeline, and close. No team to manage. No process to build from scratch. Just you, your deals, and your results. We have strong inbound demand, the pipeline is there. We need someone who can convert it.
Responsibilities Run discovery calls and demos with inbound prospects Own the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract Maintain clean CRM records, deal stages, activity logs, next steps, close date estimates Handle objections, follow-ups, and re-engagement for stalled deals Collaborate with the team on messaging and share client feedback Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
What We're Looking For 1–3 years in B2B sales, tech/SaaS or agency sales (non-negotiable) Proven track record closing full-cycle B2B deals independently Genuine understanding of the GTM/outbound space, you know how outbound works and why clients buy it Disciplined pipeline management: CRM hygiene, follow-up cadence, deal accuracy Comfortable in an inbound-heavy motion, you qualify fast and close efficiently Fluent in English
Bonus Points Experience selling to SaaS / B2B tech companies Familiarity with outbound tools (Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead) Experience in a high-velocity SaaS or agency sales environment Consistent quota attainment record you can speak to
