Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role with significant field activity—you'll engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, while also attending trade shows and industry events across Canada and select U.S. territories. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct field visits to client sites, distributors, and stores to build relationships and drive sales. Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service at every step. Identify and qualify leads through research and collaboration with the marketing team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Attend and represent Prima Pack Inc. at conferences, trade shows, and industry events. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (1–3 years preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot required) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel at least 25% for trade shows, client visits, and company events.
