Role: The Sales Representative role is responsible for building relationships with clients, offering expert advice on products, and producing sales through exceptional customer service. This role will be required to build relationships with new clients, while maintaining and continuously checking in with current clients.

Key Responsibilities Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets by actively pursuing new leads and closing sales. Maintaining up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of Centura’s product offerings and researching industry trends to provide the best advice Collaborating with internal teams to ensure we are meeting customer requirements and resolving issues effectively and efficiently. Assisting customers in making product selections and supplying them samples. Setting up product knowledge presentations for clients Assisting with showroom events, as needed. Tracking and reporting sales performance, customer interactions, and sale opportunities.
