The Opportunity

Lee & Associates Toronto is seeking a highly motivated Senior Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is designed for experienced producers who are capable of independently originating, managing, and closing complex lease and sale transactions. You will leverage the strength of our national platform, collaborative culture, and technology infrastructure to expand your book of business, execute high-value transactions, and contribute strategically to team growth. This is a performance-oriented environment where leadership, accountability, and professionalism are paramount.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience) in real estate, business, economics or related field preferred Current Ontario Real Estate License (in good standing with RECO) 5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience Demonstrated transaction history and production track record Advanced financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation expertise Established client relationships and referral network Strong negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities Experience leading client strategy and complex transaction processes Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting and relationship management Professional communication and presentation skills

Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations

Originate, negotiate, and close complex lease and sale transactions Lead client acquisition strategies and manage long-term client relationships Provide sophisticated financial analysis, valuation guidance, and market intelligence Develop and execute targeted business development initiatives Collaborate with firm professionals to position listings and tenant representation assignments Mentor junior team members and contribute to training and development initiatives Maintain and expand a defined market specialization Represent the firm within industry associations and professional networks Drive consistent revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management
