Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Pickering Volkswagen in Pickering, ON. This role involves greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process. The Sales Specialist will present product features and benefits, conduct test drives, prepare quotes, and assist with financing and warranty options. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, following up with leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting dealership promotions and events. The role also requires accurate documentation, collaboration with the sales management team, and participation in ongoing training to meet sales targets and ensure a premium customer experience. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Candidates should possess Sales experience and Sales Management abilities to drive results and support dealership goals. Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to support continuous improvement and share product knowledge with team members. Preferably, candidates have prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with dealership software and CRM tools are beneficial. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed is an asset.
