About the role

Business Development Specialist Job Responsibilities · Develops and maintains a strong, qualified pipeline of prospects and business opportunities. Leading negotiations to successful agreement and contract closure on mutually aligned terms. · Efficiently manages all sales-support and administrative tasks, providing data-driven strategic advice to effectively communicate product value. · Manages the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate preparation and timely collection of all required agreements. Monitors and analyzes campaign data to deliver measurable results that meet client expectations. · Executes high-volume account prospecting, utilizing time prioritization to high-value opportunities. · Familiar with digital marketing advertisement platforms, including Meta business suite, Reddit Ad, Spotify Ad, Tik Tok Ad, Google Ad, and coordinate influencer marketing. · Drives revenue growth by selling DOOH/OOH solutions, build media proposals for agencies and direct clients.

Hired Staffs will be placed to one of the following industries: Health | Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) | Property Marketing, OOH, & DOOH

Requirements · A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or online media environment, or a marketing role. · Strong understanding of advertising ecosystems, event sponsorships and partnerships. · Proficiency in campaign and website analytics, content production and brand integrations, and influencer marketing. · Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
