Inside Sales Representative
Our client is an established custom equipment and component manufacturer with over 25 years of history.
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, as well as identifying and closing new sales opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through following up leads generated within the sales department • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients • Identify and understand customer needs and requirements • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations and proposals • Negotiate and close sales deals • Meet and exceed sales targets • Update and maintain customer information in CRM system • Attend industry events and trade shows • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the custom metal fabrication industry • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex products and solutions • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
