What You’ll Be Doing As our clients Inside Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing sales floor. Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and motivating an outbound sales team Creating an energetic, performance-focused sales environment Running daily, weekly, and hourly performance check-ins Providing hands-on coaching to help consultants exceed targets Reviewing CRM activity, lead flow, and campaign performance Optimizing sales processes to improve results Partnering with training teams to close skill gaps and develop talent Ensuring strong collaboration between inside sales and field sales teams
What We’re Looking For You’re a natural leader who thrives on goals, competition, and helping others achieve success. You’ll bring: 3–5+ years of experience managing outbound sales team Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment Strong coaching and people-development skills A positive, motivating personality that inspires teams A passion for achieving — and exceeding — sales goals The resilience and ambition to continuously improve
