Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Club Attendant to join our team. Duties

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
• Assist with check-in and membership inquiries using POS systems and other technology tools
• Provide product demonstrations and promote club amenities or services to enhance member engagement
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Upsell club memberships, services, or products to maximize member satisfaction and club revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club area, including merchandising displays
• Manage phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or booking reservations
• Support event setup and breakdown as needed, ensuring smooth operation of club activities
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of technology or equipment used within the club environment

Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

• Ability to perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Demonstrated sales skills, including upselling techniques to promote club offerings
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with members and team members
• Ability to work well within a team while managing multiple priorities efficiently
