Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and self-starting Lead Generator to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in sales and business development within a hands-on and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Google. Conduct outbound calls daily to prospective clients across the Agricultural, Construction & Energy sectors. Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using the BOX SOS CRM system. Research potential clients and decision-makers to develop effective outreach strategies. Leverage social media platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach campaigns. Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
Qualifications: At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support (entry-level candidates with the right skills will also be considered). Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms. Familiarity with using Google for prospect research. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments. Proficient in social media platforms for business (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.). A self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Preferred: Previous experience in or knowledge of the agricultural, construction industry, or energy sector is a plus.
