Sales Supervisor (3rd Key Holder)

We're looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor (3rd Key Holder) to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and leading a high-performing t em. Key Respons ibilties • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client rel ationhips. • Drive sales by understanding customer needs and identifying business o pportuities. • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achie ve stor goals. • Partner with the Store Manager to execute sales strategies and lead the sals floor. • Maintain visual merchandising and oper ational ecellence. • Support inventory control, loss prevention, and compliance wi th companystandards. • Coach and develop team members while fostering a positive and collabor ative work nvironment. • Participate in store opening and closing pro cedures as K ey Holder.
ualifications • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in apparel or remium retail. • Proven selling skills with a stro ng focus on clint development. • Excellent commun ication and leadrship abilities. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportu nities and adapt o business needs. • Passion for delivering premium custome r experiences a ndachieving result.
