About the Role

Our Service Advisors work closely with customers and technicians to ensure a smooth and positive service experience. This role involves coordinating service appointments, communicating repair recommendations, and helping clients understand the maintenance needs of their vehicle.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Schedule service appointments and gather vehicle information
  • Clearly explain recommended services and document repair concerns accurately
  • Assist in estimating repair costs and timelines
  • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
  • Obtain customer authorization for additional work when required
  • Support high levels of customer satisfaction and service retention
  • Collaborate effectively with technicians and other team members

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
  • Previous Toyota dealership experience is considered an asset
