Role DescriptionRole Description: Co-Founder / Chief Marketing Officer at Waabi Marketing. As a Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company's vision, marketing strategy, and revenue growth across a portfolio of brands spanning retail, manufacturing brokering, business education, and community platforms. Your responsibilities will include owning brand architecture across multiple companies, building the demand-generation and lifecycle engine, leading marketing operations, and fostering meaningful relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the internal team. You will engage in collaborative decision-making that impacts all aspects of the business and promotes a high-performance, innovative culture.
You'll help us: Transform a proven portfolio into a recognized movement Define and execute Waabi's long-term brand and growth strategy across every company Build the marketing engine — demand gen, content, lifecycle, and funnels that convert Own paid, organic, partnerships, and funnel performance end to end Assemble, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team Build and nurture strategic partnerships across retail, education, and community sectors Oversee brand architecture, storytelling, and market positioning Foster a culture grounded in innovation, ethics, and high performance Qualifications: Proven track record leading marketing at a high-growth company, with results to show for it Deep experience across brand, demand generation, and lifecycle/funnel strategy Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building from the ground up Systems thinker who moves fast, ships, and measures everything Experience scaling a brand or portfolio is a strong asset
