Key Responsibilities

Source and qualify leads through dealership channels, social media, and local listings Provide clear and accurate information on pricing, vehicle evaluations, features, and promotions Guide customers through the entire buying-in process—from initial contact to appointment scheduling and follow-up Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth operational workflows Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-lasting relationships Use internal systems to track leads, appointments, vehicle details, and outcomes Stay updated on automotive trends, market pricing, and inventory needs

Requirements

Friendly, confident communicator with a strong customer-first mindset Interest in the automotive industry (no prior experience required — training provided) Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication platforms VSA License is an asset Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage
