Sales Manager – Aircraft MRO | Ontario, Canada
Role Summary We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to grow revenue for our aircraft MRO facility, specialising in aircraft paint, exterior refinishing, and refurbishment. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and lead the full sales cycle with aircraft owners, operators, leasing companies, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new sales opportunities within aviation Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, MROs, brokers, and partners Promote aircraft painting, refurbishment, and MRO services Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and closing Prepare presentations, quotes, and client proposals with internal teams Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking Collaborate with operations to deliver on customer expectations Provide market insights and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to understand and communicate technical services Self-motivated with strong organisation and time management Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications Experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, or technical services Knowledge of aircraft maintenance or paint/refinishing processes Existing aviation industry network Experience selling high-value technical services or projects
