Admissions & Recruitment Advisor Job Type: Full-Time About the Role CLI College of Business, Health & Technology is seeking a motivated, results-driven Admissions & Recruitment Advisor to join our growing team. As an Admissions & Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in helping prospective students take the next step toward their educational and career goals. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, conducting admissions consultations, recommending suitable programs, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, exceeding targets, and making a meaningful impact in students' lives. High performers have the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commissions in addition to their base salary. Key Responsibilities Generate new student leads through networking, referrals, outreach initiatives, community partnerships, and social media. Respond promptly to inquiries and professionally manage the entire admissions process from first contact to enrollment. Conduct admissions interviews, campus tours, and career consultations. Assess applicants' educational and career goals and recommend appropriate programs. Guide prospective students through admissions requirements, funding options, and enrollment documentation. Maintain accurate records using the college CRM and other internal systems. Follow up consistently with prospective students to maximize enrollment opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, employers, and referral partners. Represent CLI College at career fairs, community events, open houses, and recruitment activities. Collaborate with marketing by providing feedback on campaigns and market trends. Prepare recruitment reports and consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly enrollment targets. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and professional development training. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, post-secondary education, or a related field. OR Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in lead generation, relationship management, and closing sales. Preferred Skills Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience using CRM systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Workspace. Knowledge of OSAP, Better Jobs Ontario (formerly Second Career), and other student funding options is considered an asset.
