We're growing fast and looking for a lead Founder in Residence (Growth) to own how we bring that story to market. This is a senior with high-autonomy. You'll set the GTM strategy, build the outbound engine, and be accountable for pipeline and revenue - not just activity metrics. You'll work closely with the founding team and have the freedom to move quickly and experiment.

How We Work at Boardy: We believe time together in person is valuable and important and have a 5-day in office policy. We have a beautiful office in the Liberty Village WeWork that supports this collaboration.

What you’ll do Define and drive the GTM strategy - channel mix, target segments, messaging, and sequencing. Not just execution, but the underlying thesis for how we grow. Build and run outbound campaigns across email, social, and automated channels that feel personal at scale and actually convert. Build and own the full outbound motion from first touch to booked meeting - including tooling, copy, targeting, and follow-up. Identify the right signals to go after: which companies, which moments, which messages are most likely to land. Build re-engagement plays for Boardy users, stalled leads, and lost deals. Run experiments continuously - testing what works across audiences, messages, and timing - and feed those learnings back into the strategy. Track what's actually driving revenue, not just opens and clicks, and build reporting that tells a clear story to the team.

What KPI’s You’ll Be Responsible for: Pipeline: Growth in qualified pipeline from net-new and under-penetrated segments. Conversion: Lead-to-onboarding and growth in new member rates. Reporting: Clear attribution connecting outbound motions and messages to revenue.

What You Have: 3+ years in growth, GTM, or outbound at a fast-growing startup, ideally with AI native and zero-to-one experience. A track record of building pipelines from scratch, not just inheriting and optimizing an existing motion. Strong instincts for messaging and positioning, you understand what makes outreach land and why. Comfort with the tools of modern outbound (Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, or similar) without being defined by them. Enough data fluency to know what's working, why, and what to do next - you don't need an analyst to tell you the answer. A bias toward action and a low tolerance for slow - you'd rather ship something imperfect and learn than wait for the perfect plan. The ability to work cross-functionally and bring others along, you make the people around you sharper.
