Position Summary

As Investor Relations and Communications Specialist, you will support the VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations working with the Corporate Communications team, in building and maintaining ZenaTech's brand and reputation with the investment community. Working closely with Corporate Development, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Finance teams, you will help develop and execute communications and marketing initiatives that reach retail investors, analyst, and institutional shareholder audiences. This role blends investor-facing communications, financial content development, and marketing execution, requiring strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, high-growth public company environment.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations Support: Support the VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations in day-to-day IR activities, including preparation of earnings materials, investor presentations, and shareholder marketing communications across multiple channels.. Assist in drafting and coordinating quarterly earnings releases, scripts, and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company messaging. Help maintain the investor relations section of the corporate website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and compliant with disclosure requirements. Support coordination of investor and analyst meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, and earnings calls, including logistics and briefing materials. Track shareholder base, analyst coverage, and investor inquiries, and help maintain related databases, and CRM tools. Assist with the preparation of materials for related to investor relations or corporate communications campaigns including across digital, social and video channels.

Corporate Communications and Marketing: Help maintain clear, consistent messaging for investor-facing communications that aligns with ZenaTech's corporate brand and overall marketing strategy. Assist in the drafting of press releases, fact sheets, investor FAQs, and other financial communications materials. Lead and support the creation of investor marketing collateral, including presentation decks, one-pagers, and digital and video content for the company website and social channels. Coordinate with global Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment between investor messaging and broader brand and product campaigns. Assist in coordinating and management or IR vendors, planning and executing investor-focused events, roadshows, group presentations, and industry conferences.

Reporting, Compliance & Analysis: Monitor financial media coverage, analyst reports, and market sentiment, and other KPIs and provide regular summaries to the VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations. Support compliance with SEC, Nasdaq, and other regulatory disclosure requirements related to investor communications. Help track and report on peer company and industry benchmarking, market trends, and competitive positioning. Leverage IR and marketing tools and platforms to manage distribution lists, track engagement, and measure the impact of investor communications.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, financial communications, ideally with exposure to a public company. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and business information into clear, compelling content (Tear sheet experience an asset). Exposure to of financial markets, SEC reporting requirements, and investor communications best practices. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with IR platforms and CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and executive leadership. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and market-sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting investor relations or corporate communications for a publicly traded company. Familiarity with technology, aerospace or advanced manufacturing sectors. Some understanding of financial modeling, valuation concepts, and capital markets. An intrapreneurial mindset with initiative that thrives in a high-teamwork, fast-growth environment.
