TalentWorld is recruiting a Junior Business Development Executive in Barrie, Ontario for one of its valued partners.

The typical hiring salary for this position is $50,000 per year plus uncapped commission and is specific to candidates located in Ontario. Junior Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up Develop an understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions Respond to sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and support customers throughout the sales process Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity reports, and customer information Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and resolve issues Attend client meetings and represent the organization professionally Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities Support account planning and strategic growth initiatives
Junior Business Development Executive Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience Motivated to learn and build a long-term career in business development Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Experience using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is considered an asset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation considered an asset
