WellCare Insurance Oakville is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, sales-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with remote / hybrid flexibility based out of Oakville, ON. We are looking for someone who is confident in sales, enjoys building relationships, and is excited by the opportunity to grow their book of business with uncapped earning potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

✅ Generating new business ✅ Following up with leads quickly and consistently ✅ Recommending Home, Auto, Business, and Travel Insurance solutions ✅ Building strong client relationships ✅ Cross-selling and up-selling where appropriate ✅ Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

What we’re looking for:

✔ Active RIBO license required ✔ Strong sales mindset ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-up ✔ Comfortable in a commission-based role ✔ Insurance sales experience is a strong asset ✔ OTL-licensed candidates are also welcome to apply
