Business Development Representative / Field Sales Location: Ontario, Canada (Travel Required) Type: Full-Time
About Yadag Yadag is transforming how farms manage seasonal workers. Our platform helps growers simplify onboarding, compliance, workforce management, timekeeping, payroll, and AI-powered operations. We're looking for someone who loves meeting customers, building relationships, and helping modernize Canadian agriculture.
What You'll Do Visit farms across Ontario and build relationships with growers Generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting Run product demonstrations Attend agricultural conferences and trade shows Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline Follow up with prospects and existing customers Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product team Help expand Yadag across Canada
Requirements 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable spending time on the road visiting customers Self-motivated and highly organized Valid driver's license Ability to work independently Passion for startups and technology
Nice to Have Agriculture experience Greenhouse or farming industry knowledge SaaS sales experience CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) Existing network within Canadian agriculture
