Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Client Solutions, the Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for prospective customers. The role is focused entirely on inbound lead management — responding to, qualifying, and converting leads generated through Homepro's marketing channels. No cold calling is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers; identify their needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records; manage the sales pipeline with diligence and precision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are fulfilled on time and to the highest standard of quality.
  • Analyze sales data and performance trends to identify opportunities and drive conversion.
  • Gather and report customer and market feedback to support the continuous improvement of services and sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Self-directed and results-oriented, with the initiative to pursue goals independently.
  • Strong analytical curiosity and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
  • High energy, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation and benefits

This position offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions — your earning potential grows directly in proportion to your results.
