Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our new store is set to open in early October. We’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

• Guide customers in their decor choices
• Ensure the achievement of sales objectives
• Communicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedback
• Manage store merchandising, inventory, and shrink
• Lead and maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:

• At least 2 years of Retail Sales Management experience
• Experience with achieving sales targets
• A passion for interior décor and merchandising
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team of top performers
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
