Job Purpose: Reporting to the Wellness Category Lead, the Brand Manager - Expert is responsible for the overall leadership and management of both short and long term, health care professional (HCP) performance through sound strategic thinking and excellence in execution. This person will work in close collaboration with a variety of cross-functional partners including sales, finance, operations, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, global colleagues and external agencies to harness company’s resources to move their brands forward. Key Responsibilities: This role will provide YOU with the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR Brand Management career. These responsibilities include some of the following… Develop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for assigned brands, grounded in superior healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer/patient insights, aligned to overarching brand strategies Drive superior execution of HCP programs and plans to bring the brand strategies to life, including for example media, creative development, sampling, conventions, associated customer facing plans (sales, medical) Execute with excellence the marketing / commercial plan, tracking results on key brand/HCP programs, recommending course correction as necessary based on performance vs. Key Performance Indicators Brand Creative projects leadership (From creation / adaptation to execution) Build strategic partnership with HCP sales team(s) in order to collaborate and integrate all aspects of the brand objectives and drivers of growth Member of innovation project teams to provide HCP insights, claims development, sampling strategy, HCP strategy and launch plan Active member of global and U.S. business teams as required Manage HCP advertising and promotional spend Share knowledge and best practices with other commercial, regulatory and medical departments Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Undergraduate University Degree 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience in OTC marketing Experience partnering with brand teams, pharmaceutical sales teams, medical affairs, regulatory and Compliance Proven leadership across disparate teams with clear communication, direction, and prioritization Experience in pharmaceutical product and core capability training Experience in large scale new product launches; collaboration with global teams; delivering results in a matrix org Proven experience in delivering insights-based consumer communications delivering brand share growth Must have the ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred Strong financial capabilities Proficient in MS
