Our contact center plays a vital role in supporting over 400 retail locations across the country, helping Canadians reach their personal and financial goals. Through specialized, high-impact teams, we deliver the expert service, care, and support that fuel goeasy’s success.
As a Bilingual Financial Sales Representative, you will support customers in both English and French, helping them understand their options, complete applications and receive the right level of service throughout their journey.
A day in the life of a Bilingual Financial Sales Representative:
Manage outbound calls and follow-ups to new and existing applicants via telephone and email, in both English and French Accurately submit & process loan applications into underwriting system Identify opportunities to offer additional valuable products and services Provide timely, accurate and professional support to customers responding to a variety of inquiries Comply with outlined policies and procedures, including privacy protection and AML requirements, when servicing customers and performing account maintenance Collaborate with Sales leadership to support business unit priorities and continuous improvement Achieve and maintain monthly sales targets and performance expectations
What We Are Looking For
Bilingual fluency in English and French, both written and verbal, is required Sales experience over the phone in a contact center environment is considered an asset Working knowledge of loans and financial service products is desirable Strong communication, interpersonal and active listening skills Ability to clearly explain information and confidently position products and services Self-motivated, high energy and target driven Ability to work well in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Ability to work independently and meet monthly performance targets and KPIs
Hours Of Operation
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

We are offering $22.00 - $26.00/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
