Role Description The Residential Leasing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for managing the leasing process for Weston RP’s vast residential apartment client properties, including advertising (both social media and traditional ads), screening applicants, and touring applicants. The specialist will guide applicants through the application and screening process, prepare lease agreements, and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with local regulations. Day-to-day activities include maintaining lead databases, managing unit availability and providing timely, professional service to current and prospective residents. The role also involves collaborating with property owners and internal team members to optimize leasing strategies and support overall portfolio performance. Advanacement opportunities within the brokerage include; residential sales opportunities, new construction projects and various commerical opportunities.

Qualifications Strong customer service, client relationship management, and communication skills to effectively support prospective and current residents. Experience with residential leasing, property management processes, and basic real estate practices, including lease documentation. If no direct real estate experience, experience in retail, hospitality or automotive are welcomed . Solid organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to handle multiple listings, appointments, and resident requests efficiently. Comfort with technology, all social media platforms, CRM or leasing software, email communication, and basic office productivity tools. Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON, including evenings or weekends as required by leasing activity. Previous experience in real estate, residential leasing, or a related customer-facing role is an asset. Post-secondary education in real estate, business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. Locations are Midtown and Downtown Toronto .
