All of our roles at Loop are onsite at our downtown Toronto office (Bay and Bloor).
Where You Come In
Account Executives at Loop own the entire sales cycle, from identifying and engaging decision-makers at medium to large organizations, to crafting compelling pitches and closing deals. Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, driven, and has a deep understanding of customer acquisition. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our growth as we continue to expand our sales team and execute toward our vision. What Account Executives Do at Loop Pipeline Building & Closing Build and manage their own sales pipeline from prospecting to close. Proactively engage decision-makers at medium and large organizations, run sharp discovery calls, and drive deals forward with urgency. Craft compelling pitches and tailor their approach to each prospect to maximize conversion. Sharpening the Sales Machine Experiment constantly, test new outreach tactics, messaging angles, and channels to find what converts. Bring creative energy to how we find and win customers; if there's a smarter way to do something, we want to hear it. Explore and champion tools that make the team more effective — whether that's a new automation, a better sequencing approach, or an underused channel. Help define the playbook for how Loop's sales motion should evolve as we grow. Feeding the Product Loop Become a deep expert on Loop's products and the broader financial services ecosystem. Bring insights from the field back to the product and growth teams (what customers are asking for, where we're losing deals, what's resonating). Partner closely with product to help shape a roadmap that actually wins in market. What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in an account executive role (or similar) Proven track record running a full sales cycle — discovery, needs uncovering, rapport building, and closing. Experience selling into medium-sized companies (50+ employees) with multiple decision-makers. Organizational skills to manage sales cycles ranging from one week to several months. Exceptionally clear and precise verbal and written communication skills. Mindset & Style Entrepreneurial. You're an agent of change who wants to make an impact and push things to the next level. Goal-oriented. You have a consistent, proven track record of over-achieving quota. Tenacious. You push things forward under pressure and can manage a large workload effectively. Versatile. You're equally comfortable with high-volume outbound selling and strategic, complex selling. Builder mentality. You want to help Loop figure out the best ways to scale our team, processes, and customer acquisition. It's a Bonus if You Have Experience selling a Financial Services product. Experience working at a start-up.

What we offer Salary range CAD$70,000-$80,000 base annual, commensurate with experience A rewarding commission structure based on closed business providing an OTE of CAD$140,000-$160,000 (commission not guaranteed) Equity ranging 0.01-0.05% 3 weeks vacation Enrolment in group's health benefits after probation period This role is onsite in our downtown Toronto office Kitchen full of snacks and drinks to keep you going throughout the day Catered lunch on Fridays (we take recommendations!)
