Role Description The Associate Sales Manager is a contract, remote role responsible for supporting sales growth and client relationship management for Evviva’s custom cabinetry projects. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing proposals and quotes, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure accurate specifications and timelines. The Associate Sales Manager will nurture leads, follow up with prospective and existing clients, and maintain a detailed pipeline using CRM tools. Day-to-day tasks include hosting virtual consultations, presenting product options, tracking sales performance metrics, and providing regular updates to leadership. The role also contributes to sales process improvements and helps ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion. Qualifications Experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally in high-end residential, design, or construction-related industries. Strong client-facing skills, including consultative selling, active listening, and the ability to build long-term relationships remotely. Comfort working with design concepts, cabinetry or millwork terminology, and basic measurements to discuss project requirements with clients. Proficiency with CRM systems, online meeting tools, and standard office software to manage leads, track opportunities, and report on sales activity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in proposals, documentation, and follow-up communication. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality, service-oriented customer experience. Previous experience in cabinetry, interior design, architecture, or home renovation is an asset; post-secondary education in business, design, or a related field is preferred.
