We are on the lookout for a Leasing Agent on behalf of a client in the residential property management industry. This role supports a portfolio of apartment communities across multiple locations and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being out in the field.

What you’ll be doing Show available units and conduct property tours Residential portfolio (primarily Class B & C assets) Follow up with prospective tenants and manage inquiries Support the leasing process from application through move-in Complete move-in inspections and documentation Maintain accurate tenant files and lease records Verify tenant insurance and assist with utility setup Travel between properties as required

Requirements Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or a similar field is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and comfortable managing multiple locations Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle Compensation $50,000 – $57,500 base salary $175 per lease signed
