About the Role Our Private Jet division leverages Momentum’s global network and partnerships to give clients rapid access to premium aircraft that meet the highest operational and safety standards. Reporting directly to the Director of Private Jets, this is a highly commercial role focused on business development, relationship management, and revenue generation.

We're less concerned about whether you've worked in private aviation and more interested in your ability to build trust, create relationships, and win business with sophisticated clients. If you've successfully sold high-value services, managed affluent clientele, or built long-term client relationships in luxury, travel, hospitality, concierge, yacht brokerage, executive services, or high-ticket B2B sales, we'd love to hear from you. Success in this role comes from consistently generating new opportunities, delivering exceptional client experiences, and building a loyal book of business that drives repeat and referral-based revenue.

What You’ll Do Win New Business – Build a strong pipeline of clients across North America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Drive Market Outreach – Conduct regular outbound touchpoints (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to engage decision-makers and convert prospects into long-term clients. Develop & Maintain Industry Expertise – Learn the technical and operational capabilities of a wide range of aircraft (range, configurations, payload, crewing, safety, and regulatory matters) along with developments at airports, operators, and handlers. Keep informed on industry changes and policies impacting the business. Close High-Value Charters – Negotiate and secure charter agreements that balance delivering best-value pricing for clients with maintaining strong margins for the company. Shape & Execute Sales Strategy – Contribute to the development and implementation of geo-targeted sales strategies to capture high-value opportunities in priority markets. Expand Our Supplier & Customer Networks – Build strategic, trust-based relationships with aircraft operators, airport handlers, and logistics providers to expand our reach, improve pricing leverage, and ensure reliability. Deliver White-Glove Service – Oversee all aspects of trip management from booking and permits to ground transportation, in-flight catering, and concierge arrangements, anticipating and exceeding client preferences. Ensure Compliance & Transparency – Adhere to all applicable regulations, maintain accurate contracts, disclose required information, and provide transparent pricing to foster trust and repeat business. Own CRM & Reporting – Maintain 100% accuracy in logging leads, opportunities, quotes, and client preferences; deliver weekly sales performance reports to the Vice President of Sales. Be Always-On – Maintain availability to respond to client needs, changes, or emergencies outside standard business hours, ensuring seamless service at all times. Grow Through Referrals – Turn exceptional service into client loyalty and referrals, driving sustainable, relationship-based growth

What Makes You a Great Fit You have experience selling high-value services or solutions to affluent individuals, executives, business owners, family offices, or enterprise clients. Experience in luxury travel, concierge services, yacht brokerage, luxury hospitality, executive services, private aviation, luxury automotive sales, or high-ticket B2B sales is highly valued. You don’t wait for opportunities to come to you. You actively seek out new business, identify prospects, and convert them into loyal clients, consistently driving revenue and growth. You know how to build relationships from scratch and leverage your network to create opportunities, helping you establish a strong pipeline and secure early wins within your first few months. Your written and verbal communication converts leads into booked charters, achieving a high conversion rate on outbound outreach. You thrive under pressure, negotiating high-value deals and resolving client or operational issues quickly and effectively. You proactively engage in regular outreach, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and adapt seamlessly to flexible hours and urgent requests. With a valid passport, you travel to client meetings and industry events, expanding business opportunities and strengthening relationships. You maintain complete accuracy in CRM updates, tracking leads, quotes, and client interactions to improve pipeline flow and deal profitability. Every interaction reflects honesty, accountability, and ethical conduct, resulting in repeat business and valuable referrals.
