• Shadow the Pros: You’ll be attached to our senior sales team, watching how they build 20-year relationships and navigate complex deals.
• Own the Process: You’ll learn the "back-end" of the business: logistics, financing, and inventory management, so you can eventually run your own desk with confidence.
• Be the Solution: You’ll become the go-to person for customers, helping them find the exact tool they need to get their work done.
