About the role
About the role We're looking for a relentless, results-driven sales hunter to build and close sponsorship deals for the Patrick Gaudet brand/podcast and live Meet & Greet events. This is not a role for someone who waits for opportunities to come to them, we need someone who creates pipeline, picks up the phone, and closes. If you thrive on commission, love the chase of a deal, and get energized by hearing "no" ten times before landing the "yes," this is for you. Sales agencies are welcome to apply as well. What you'll do Prospect and identify potential brand partners and sponsors Build and manage a pipeline of sponsorship opportunities Present partnership packages and close high-value deals Cultivate long-term relationships with partners Collaborate with the team to ensure sponsor satisfaction and visibility Hit and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets Track performance and report on key metrics What we're looking for 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in media, sponsorships, advertising, or event sales Proven experience in sales, sponsorships, or partnerships Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills Self-starter with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently in a remote environment Passion for the Patrick Gaudet brand and values Compensation 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential, plus performance bonuses for exceeding targets.
