Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and strategic growth initiatives within the healthcare sector. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth through tailored recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of healthcare workforce challenges, and a passion for delivering value through talent.

Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and secure new client partnerships within the healthcare, long-term care, and retirement sectors. Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitive intelligence. Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and client presentations. Collaborate with recruitment and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence. Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders. Track and report on business development metrics, pipeline activity, and sales performance. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or recruitment sales—preferably within healthcare, staffing, or professional services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships. Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, workforce trends, and client needs. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
