Regional Sales Manager – Toronto, Canada (Bilingual English/French) Build your career with 80/20. 80/20 is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow our business throughout Toronto, Canada by developing new customer relationships, creating demand, and strengthening distributor partnerships. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, solving customer challenges, and driving profitable growth. What You'll Do Develop and execute a regional sales growth strategy. Identify and win new business with end users and distributor partners. Strengthen existing customer relationships and uncover new opportunities. Partner with distributors to improve market coverage and increase sales. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM (Salesforce preferred). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For 5+ years of B2B industrial sales, regional sales, or business development experience. Experience selling into manufacturing, automation, engineered products, or material handling industries. Proven success developing new business and managing distributor relationships. Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Willingness to travel 40–60% throughout the assigned region. Valid driver's license. Bilingual English/French required for candidates based in Quebec; bilingual skills preferred for Ontario/Toronto-area candidates. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
