Role Overview: Finder is one of the world's largest comparison platforms, helping thousands of customers make smarter financial decisions every day. We're building the team to match our ambitions, and this role sits at the centre of our commercial growth.

As Performance Manager, Partnerships and Growth, you'll own the revenue relationships that powers Finder Canada. That means scaling our existing advertiser partnerships, growing the Finder Rewards program, finding and onboarding new partners, and expanding our publisher distribution network. You'll work across credit cards, banking, loans and investing verticals with partners that range from the big banks to fast-growing fintechs.

This is a high-ownership role. You'll manage real commercial relationships, negotiate deals, and be accountable for revenue outcomes, not just activity.

Responsibilities: Scale existing partnerships Manage day-to-day relationships with key advertiser partners including banks, fintechs, trading platforms, and lenders Negotiate CPC, CPA, flat fee and revenue share rates using performance data and EPC benchmarks to justify positions Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and present them with a clear commercial case Track partner performance against KPIs and proactively flag and resolve issues Own the campaign lifecycle end-to-end: pixel placement, tracking setup, creative specs, pacing, and reporting Prepare and manage insertion orders and proposals; coordinate with finance on monthly billing and reconciliation Grow the Finder Rewards program Recruit new reward offers and manage the onboarding of advertisers into the program Coordinate with editorial, product, and marketing to drive awareness and activation of reward campaigns Merchandise reward offers and partner placements across Finder Canada to maximise visibility and conversion Report on Rewards program performance and use data to improve conversion across the funnel Find and onboard new partners Prospect for new advertiser and publisher partners across Finder Canada's core verticals Own the outreach-to-contract process: identify fit, open conversations, negotiate terms, onboard Build a pipeline of new opportunities and maintain it with discipline Look for new brand partnership opportunities within our content partnerships ecosystem Grow the publisher distribution network Identify and onboard Canadian publishers, media brands, newsletters, and creators for revenue-share referral arrangements Manage ongoing publisher relationships and optimise their performance Research emerging distribution channels (influencer, community, niche media) and run structured tests

Essential Requirements: 5+ years in partnerships, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or account management in a commercial context Hands-on experience with CPA/CPC/revenue share commercial models, including negotiation and rate-setting Ability to spot patterns across accounts to inform growth strategies Proven track record managing external partners or clients with revenue accountability Comfort working with data: you can pull a report, spot what's wrong, and act on it without being told Confident communicator who effectively engages and influences senior leadership Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be prompted — whether that’s building a tracking template, running a competitive analysis, or opening a conversation with a cold prospect Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to accelerate your work — for research, drafting proposals, analysing performance data, or building lightweight automations

Nice to have Familiarity with the Canadian financial services landscape (banking, credit cards, loans, investing, or insurance) Experience running or contributing to a rewards or loyalty program Background at a performance marketing network or affiliate management platform Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, or similar) Experience building simple workflows or tools (spreadsheet automations, Zapier, Notion templates, or similar) to solve recurring problems

Perks/Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonus Flexible remote working arrangements (Canada-based) A genuinely fast-moving environment where your work shows up in the numbers quickly A small, commercially sharp partnerships team with a lot of room to grow into Access to a best-in-class software stack across analytics, affiliate tracking, and partnership management tools Ongoing learning and development support, including access to industry resources, training, and a team that invests in your growth
