Make an impact as an experienced Client Services Specialist to join our Client Services team at MNP Digital. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of recurring client accounts, turning under-engaged relationships into thriving, value-driven partnerships.
You won’t just manage accounts, you’ll activate them, grow them, and elevate the client experience.

This opportunity is an in office position with flexibility to be based from any major MNP office in Canada.
What You’ll Do
Turn Relationships into Growth
- Build and strengthen relationships with client stakeholders and influencers through meaningful, value-driven interactions
- Re-engage and activate a portfolio of unmanaged recurring accounts
- Identify opportunities to expand services and deepen client partnerships
Drive Client Value & Retention
- Develop a strong understanding of MNP Digital’s offerings and how they solve real business challenges
- Guide clients in recognizing and maximizing the value of their current solutions
- Support renewals, retention, and overall client satisfaction through proactive engagement
Own Your Pipeline & Performance
- Manage and track opportunities using Dynamics CRM and sales enablement tools
- Consistently execute against daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs that drive client growth
- Collaborate with sales enablement teams to convert opportunities into meaningful engagements
Collaborate to Win
- Partner with Practice and Sales Leaders to align on strategy, pipeline health, and forecasting
- Share insights and contribute to the continuous evolution of our client engagement approach
What You Bring
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, client success, or business development
- A natural ability to build trust and credibility, you know how to connect, influence, and engage
- Experience navigating complex solutions, ideally in technology or professional services
- Confidence in remote selling, calls, video meetings, presentations, and webinars
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- A results-oriented mindset with the drive to move opportunities forward
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM tools like Dynamics is an asset
Responsibilities
- Building, managing, and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders and influencers through taking a credible, value-centric approach to all meetings and client interactions
- Supporting customer retention, renewals, and satisfaction initiatives by developing a deep understanding of our products and services and helping clients recognize and maximize the business value they deliver
- Managing and maintaining client and opportunity data in MNP’s Dynamics CRM and other related sales enablement programs
- Working towards the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators that will help drive client growth.
- Working with opportunities generated from our sales enablement organization
- Partnering with Practice and Sales Leaders to evolve and maintain sales forecasting metrics and data
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in account management, client success, inside sales, business development or customer relationship management
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience with complex sales in the technology industry; particularly in a professional services organization
- Experience with remote selling, video conferencing, webinars, presentations, and other similar client development activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and its use with Dynamics is an asset
- A team-oriented mindset to success – understanding how your individual contributions are foundational to the team’s success
- A results and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues and opportunities to closure
- An ability to initiate and build relationships, credibility, and trust with people across all clients and all levels of MNP’s professional services organization
- Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
