Your Impact As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in building our enterprise sales pipeline and establishing our brand across the North American market. Working alongside our North American leadership team, you will execute a sophisticated outbound business development strategy. You will connect with IT infrastructure, security, and finance executives who are actively navigating complex hardware refresh cycles, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), and data compliance regulations. What you'll do Enterprise Prospecting Identify organizations actively researching IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), data security, and hardware lifecycle solutions using ZoomInfo Intent, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales intelligence tools. Build targeted prospect lists by identifying enterprise decision-makers at Director level and above. Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified target accounts aligned with business priorities. Outbound Business Development Execute structured multi-channel outbound campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn using established messaging frameworks. Deliver consistent daily outreach activity while maintaining a professional and personalized approach. Qualify inbound responses and seamlessly escalate high-potential opportunities to the North America Business Development Leader. Build relationships with prospective customers and generate qualified meetings for the commercial team. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate CRM records with exceptional attention to detail. Track prospect activity, engagement, and outreach progress. Ensure complete CRM accuracy with zero data gaps while providing regular activity reporting and pipeline updates. Continuous Improvement Provide feedback on outreach campaigns, messaging effectiveness, and prospect engagement. Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve business development processes and campaign performance. Expand your understanding of enterprise technology lifecycle management, ITAD services, data security, and our value proposition. What you'll bring Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Required Experience 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales development, lead generation, customer service, or another customer-facing role. Experience working in a structured, KPI-driven environment with measurable activity targets. Experience maintaining accurate customer or prospect records within CRM systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and sales intelligence platforms. Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn. Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, managed services, leasing, or hardware lifecycle management. Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies and multi-channel prospecting. Experience of supporting enterprise or mid-market sales teams. Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in enterprise sales, business development, or account management. Skills & Competencies Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong process discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple activities effectively. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Curious and eager to continuously learn about enterprise technology, customer challenges, and consultative selling. Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. Coachable and receptive to ongoing feedback, development, and continuous improvement. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, qualify opportunities, and maintain high-quality CRM data. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to supporting senior sales leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint). What success looks like Days 1–30 | Foundation Master our ZoomInfo Intent workflows, prospecting methodology, and outreach playbooks. Consistently execute 40–50 first-touch outbound activities per week. Add 20–25 qualified prospects to the CRM each week while maintaining exceptional data quality. Days 31–60 | Activation Maintain a LinkedIn connection acceptance rate of approximately 25–35%. Achieve an overall outreach response rate of 8–12%. Generate and escalate 4–6 qualified opportunities per month to the North America Business Development Leader. Days 61–90 | Growth Consistently generate 6–10 qualified meetings per month. Establish a sustainable pipeline supporting an annual target of approximately 52 qualified meetings.
