Sales Assistant
About the role
STONEarch and Porcea Stone are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to assist with commercial and architectural projects across Ontario.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, project coordination, and client-facing activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting ongoing projects, coordinating with clients, preparing quotations, organizing project information, following up with architects and contractors, and helping move projects from inquiry through completion.
Responsibilities: Work under our Director of Commercial Sales Prepare and send quotations to architects, contractors, designers, and dealers Follow up on outstanding quotes, samples, and active projects Coordinate sample requests and product information packages Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with clients Maintain and organize project pipelines and CRM records Communicate project requirements and timelines with architects, contractors, landscape architects, and builders. Help manage commercial project opportunities and bid tracking Coordinate internally with the operations, logistics, and sales teams Assist with presentation materials, product binders, and client follow-up communications Support ongoing business development initiatives within the commercial and architectural market
Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Professional email and phone communication skills High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with CRM systems is considered an asset Ability to work independently and proactively Positive, professional, and client-focused attitude
Position Details: Full-time, on-site position Competitive compensation based on experience between CAD $55,000 - $60,000 / year Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding commercial division
