The Sales Specialist will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with agricultural customers for grain dryers, grain handling equipment, and control systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The role includes providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with product knowledge and training, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and after-sales support. The Sales Specialist will also maintain sales records, contribute to sales targets, and participate in ongoing product and market training. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers, colleagues, and partners. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive support, handle inquiries, and foster long-term relationships. Candidates should possess Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
