The successful candidate will play a key role in driving construction and landscape enhancement sales while supporting overall company operations, quality control initiatives, and internal structure development. Responsibilities:
- Lead front-line sales activities for landscape construction and enhancement projects
- Meet with clients to understand project goals and develop tailored solutions
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project budgets
- Coordinate project selections and client design consultations
- Support project scheduling and coordination alongside operations teams
- Assist with upselling enhancements and additional project opportunities
- Oversee quality control initiatives for construction, maintenance, and enhancement work
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Support the development of operational processes, SOPs, and internal structure improvements
- Assist with leadership initiatives and team support as the company continues to grow
- Work alongside ownership to support high-level operational management
What You Will Do:

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Help grow the company’s construction and enhancement divisions

Support the successful execution of landscaping projects from concept to completion

Work closely with ownership and operations teams to improve efficiencies and company growth

Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture Play a key leadership role in the continued growth and success of the company
Requirements
What We Need From You:
- Strong knowledge of landscaping, landscape construction, and outdoor projects
- Experience in sales, estimating, project coordination, or landscape design
- Ability to confidently sell higher-end landscape projects and understand all project components involved
- Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting process improvement, team structure, or operational development is considered an asset
- Design experience or understanding of landscape design principles is strongly preferred
- Snow operations experience is considered an asset, but not mandatory
