Your future role
Maintain and strengthen existing strategic client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of value and responsiveness to evolving needs Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention Lead contract negotiations, business reviews, and strategic discussions to maximize account performance and profitability Develop and execute account growth strategies for major clients, including growers, mixers, and Canadian distributors accounts Analyze growth and operational opportunities to support strategic decision-making Drive business development identifying and securing new strategic accounts Represent PTGC at customer sites and industry events, providing market intelligence and insights to support product and pricing strategies
Required Skills
10+ years of B2B sales experience Experience managing large strategic accounts Exposure to industrial, agriculture, horticulture, manufacturing, or raw material industries Proven success growing revenue within existing accounts while developing new business Strong negotiation and commercial skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience working across North America and traveling to customer sites and trade shows
