What We Are Looking For:

• Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• OTL – Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
• Proven experience in marketing and selling
• A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Team player with attention to detail and multitasking skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connect with clients and prospects to understand their needs through thoughtful and personalized conversations
• Present and explain coverage options in a clear and confident manner
• Focus sales efforts on life, disability, critical illness, and health & dental insurance products
• Identify opportunities to improve client coverage and recommend appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with the Agent to meet shared business and marketing goals
• Maintain clear, organized, and accurate client documentation

What You’ll Receive:

• Competitive compensation: Salary Range: $55,000 – $90,000 per year (base salary plus commission/bonuses)
