<p>Exciting Leadership Opportunity with a Growing Team!</p><p>Are you ready to take the next step in your career?</p><p>Do you have a passion for sales, leadership, and mentoring&#160;others to succeed?</p><p>If you&#8217;re a natural leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, we want you to&#160;join our team! &#160; Become a Full Time Team Lead with Warehouse Installation Network (WIN)!</p><p>About the Role Warehouse Installation Network (WIN) is a face-to-face lead generation company that deploys in-house sales professionals into retail environments across Canada.</p><p>We work alongside some of the country's leading installation-based service providers in HVAC, home comfort, windows, roofing, and more.</p><p>What We&#8217;re Looking For: We're looking for a Team Lead who can operate on the floor, drive results in a retail environment, and take ownership of partner accounts and relationships.</p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role &#8212; you'll be selling, coaching, and managing relationships all at once.</p><p>What You'll Do In-Store Sales &amp; Lead Generation &#8226; &#160; &#160; Work directly in retail locations engaging with customers and generating pre-qualified appointments for our service partners &#8226; &#160; &#160; Consistently hit daily and weekly lead targets while maintaining quality standards &#8226; &#160; &#160; Lead by example on the floor &#8212; this is not a desk role Team Leadership &#8226; &#160; &#160; Oversee and support a team of in-store sales representatives during shifts &#8226; &#160; &#160; Provide real-time coaching and feedback to keep the team focused and performing &#8226; &#160; &#160; Submit daily activity summaries and keep leadership informed on team performance &#8226; &#160; &#160; Assist with onboarding new reps and getting them up to speed quickly Account &amp; Partner Management &#8226; &#160; &#160; Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts &#8226; &#160; &#160; Build and maintain strong working relationships with partner representatives &#8226; &#160; &#160; Monitor lead quality and appointment outcomes, flagging issues and pivoting as needed &#8226; &#160; &#160; Communicate proactively with partners on performance, feedback, and scheduling &#8226; &#160; &#160; Represent WIN professionally in all partner-facing interactions Our Ideal Candidate &#8226; &#160; Proven experience in face-to-face or retail sales &#8226; &#160; Natural communicator who builds rapport quickly with customers and colleagues alike &#8226; &#160; Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment &#8226; &#160; Experience managing or mentoring others is a strong asset &#8226; &#160; Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities &#8226; &#160; Reliable, accountable, and professional in how you show up every day What We Offer &#8226; &#160; &#160; Competitive base pay plus performance-based bonuses &#8226; &#160; &#160; A clear path for growth within a rapidly expanding national organization &#8226; &#160; &#160; Hands-on leadership experience from day one &#8226; &#160; &#160; A team that takes performance seriously and rewards results &#8226; &#160; &#160; Consistent scheduling across retail locations in your market Pay starts at $24/hr.</p><p>plus bonus/commission.</p><p>If you&#8217;re ready to lead a team, develop innovative sales strategies, and grow your career with an industry leader, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.</p><p>Apply today and become a driving force at WIN! &#160; &#160; &#160; Powered by JazzHR</p>
