About the role
We’re Hiring: Sales Associate / Brand Rep – Shatterizer (Ontario) Shatterizer is a Toronto‑based brand that began as a leader in premium consumption hardware, selling through online and brick‑and‑mortar retail. Building on strong brand recognition, we expanded through licensing the brand and are now growing our presence in the consumable side throughout Ontario. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Associate / Brand Representative to support and grow our growing portfolio. This position will pay a base salary and commission.
This role is remote, with some time spent in market.
What You’ll Do Calling upon and build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and budtenders Support sell‑through, promotions, and brand visibility Gather field feedback and competitive insights Represent Shatterizer professionally in market On occasion visit licensed retailers Deliver product knowledge (PK) sessions and staff education Support store visits, pop‑ups, and brand events
What We’re Looking For Industry experience required (sales, brand rep, budtender, etc.) Must have CannSell license Strong understanding of the Ontario retail landscape Comfortable working remotely and independently Willing to travel when needed within territory (rarely) Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills Organized, self‑motivated, and reliable Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
