Do you have solid digital marketing experience, Search Engine Marketing, PPC campaigns, and SEM, and business development background? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Microsoft Advertising Solutions Expert.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to manage and grow relationships with advertising agencies supporting Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients on Microsoft’s advertising platform. In this role, you will work closely with agency partners to drive sales, optimize campaign delivery, and expand Microsoft’s footprint within the SMB agency ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has strong agency management experience, understands digital advertising solutions, and excels at consultative sales and partner collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 advertising agencies serving SMB clients.
- Collaborate with agencies to understand their client needs and position Microsoft Advertising solutions effectively.
- Drive agency-led sales growth by supporting campaign planning, strategy, and execution.
- Partner with internal Sales Coaches, Acquisition teams, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions and training for agencies.
- Monitor agency performance metrics and provide feedback to optimize sales outcomes.
- Manage the onboarding process for new agency partners and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Track agency pipeline and sales activities using CRM and reporting tools.
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, competitor activity, and Microsoft product updates relevant to agencies and SMBs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 3–5 years experience in agency sales, account management, or digital advertising, ideally working with SMB clients.
- Proven ability to manage and grow agency relationships.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising products (search, display, social) and agency workflows.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics) and sales analytics tools.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Microsoft Advertising or other large tech ad platforms.
- Familiarity with the SMB market and challenges faced by agencies in this segment.
- Background in delivery partner or agency environments.

Schedule
- Rotational schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Location
- Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary location Yonge & Eglinton.
- Initially, this role mandates an on-site presence for the first three months, encompassing 4 weeks of training and 4 weeks of nesting. After 3 months, the position will transition into a hybrid work arrangement, aligning with our pilot program.
