Job Title: Enterprise GTM Leader - Salesforce, ServiceNow and Adobe
Who You Are Slalom Consulting is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive leader to drive Salesforce, ServiceNow and Adobe services and client success. The leader will provide thought leadership to our enterprise and mid-market clients, set strategic direction for the “Go-to-Market” practitioners and generally be accountable for ensuring the overall quality execution of business and technology consulting across all Salesforce, ServiceNow and Adobe pursuits and engagements.
What You’ll Do Grow the Business Drive the growth of Slalom's Enterprise Business Applications practice byidentifyingnew business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and leading complex solution sales. Partner with Account Leaders, Industry teams, and strategic technology partners to develop account plans, pursue new opportunities, and expand existing client relationships. Lead and contribute to complex pursuits by shaping solution strategy, value propositions, and differentiated client outcomes. Develop and evolve go-to-market strategies, sales methodologies, reusable assets, and solution accelerators that improve pursuit quality and win rates. Research market trends, client priorities, and industry challenges to proactivelyidentifyopportunities and align Slalom's capabilities with market demand. Build Strategic Partnerships & Market Presence Develop executive relationships with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, and partner organizations to drive joint pursuits and business growth. Collaborate with Partner Sales Managers, Partner Development Managers, and Slalom leadership to create thought leadership campaigns, client events, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Represent Slalom as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert through industry conferences, executive forums, client workshops, and speaking engagements. Generate market awareness and demand byparticipatingin campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, proof of concepts, and strategic workshops. Build High-Performing Teams Recruit, attract, mentor, and grow exceptional consulting talent with deep industry and platform expertise. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on client success, innovation, and continuous learning. Participate in hiring, staffing, workforce planning, and capability development to ensure the right talent is available to support market growth. Coach consultants and solution leaders to maximize team performance, professional development, and career growth. Deliver Client Success Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution whileidentifyingopportunities to expand client relationships. Bring Slalom's accelerators, methodologies, and leading practices into client engagements to accelerate value delivery. Showcasesuccessful client outcomes by developing case studies and reusable assets that support future pursuits. Lead Business Performance Partner with Market and Capability leadership to achieve revenue, growth, and profitabilityobjectives. Contribute to business forecasting, investment planning, andfinancial managementfor the Enterprise Business Applications capability. Monitor pipeline health, staffing capacity, and market performance, making recommendations that support sustainable growth.
What You'll Bring A proventrack recordof building and growing consulting, technology, or professional services businesses. Deepexpertisein one or more industries, with an understanding of business drivers, technology trends, and client challenges. Exceptional business development, solution selling, and executive relationship management skills, including experience working with C-suite leaders. Experience leading enterprise solution sales involving Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, or comparable enterprise technology platforms. Strong knowledge of enterprise technology implementation and software delivery methodologies. Experience leading complex pursuits from opportunity identification through solutioning, commercial negotiations, and delivery oversight. Strong commercial acumen, including proposal development, statements of work, pricing strategy, forecasting,utilization, andfinancial management. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing consulting teams. Salesforce certifications or relevant platform certifications are an asset (or a willingness to obtain them). An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses, creating opportunities, developing people, and delivering meaningful client outcomes. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly innovative consulting environment.
